Ladakh is one of the less populated areas with highly cold desert plains and lofty mountains in the Indian Himalayan region of Jammu and Kashmir state. This place is mainly populated by Buddhists. After Siberia, Ladakh is the coldest populated place on the earth and is famous for high mountain ranges, remote valleys and villages and rich Buddhist culture and tradition. Because of the strong influence of Tibetan culture in Ladakh, it is also known as “Little Tibet”. Ladakh is an ideal holiday destination for all fun and adventure lovers. Motor biking in Ladakh offers a stimulating experience to passionate riders who dream of riding a motor bike through the world’s highest mountain range.

In Ladakh, motor bike lovers can experience thrill and adventure at every level and have memories for a lifetime. Your motor bike tour to Ladakh will start from Leh and take you through some of the famous places in Ladakh. You can see some of the amazing Buddhist Gompas on the way while biking through snow-capped Himalayan mountain ranges and local villages of Ladakh. You can visit Shey Gompa, Thiksey Gompa and Hemis, the largest monastery in Ladakh. You can also enjoy Leh local sightseeing for a day during the trip. The Ladakh motor biking tour will allow you to pass Tanglangla, which is the world’s second highest motorable pass. Apart from getting amazing views of the Himalayas, beautiful landscapes, unique culture and tradition, you can also get a chance to see the rich wildlife like bar-headed geese, snow fox and Kyang (the Tibetan wild ass).

  • Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

    Upon arrival at Delhi airport met our representative and then transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day 2 : Delhi- Leh (Complete Rest In Leh For Acclimatisation)

    Take the morning flight for Leh. Check into the guest house and relax the whole day. This is necessary for getting acclimatised. Overnight at the guesthouse.

  • Day 3 : Leh - Shey - Thiksey - Hemis

    On this day you will go a sightseeing trip to some ancient monasteries in this area. hey Gompa is about 15 kms from Leh. It used to be the summer palace of the kings of Ladakh. There are lots of Stupas and Gompas built around the palace. Shey palace was built by Deldan Namgyal in the beginning of 17'Th century AD. Main attraction in Shey is the 12m Shakyamuni Buddha statue inside the Dresthang Gompa. Thiksey Gompa, close to Shey is about 17 kms from Leh. The monastery is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Ladakh and belongs to the Gelukspa order.

  • Day 4 : Leh (Leh Local Sight Seeing)

    In the morning we will visit some other places. Evening back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Leh Palace: The palace is a distinguished monument and a historical building. The nine- storied palace was built by the 17th century illustrious ruler of Ladakh Sengge Namgyal. Jama Masjid: The historical mosque is situated in the heart of Leh town. It was built in 1666-67 A.D. consequent to an agreement between the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb and then ruler of Ladakh, Deldan Namgyal.

  • Day 5 : Leh - Tsokar - Tsomoriri 8-9 Hrs

    Start early for Tsokar. On the way, you will pass Tanglangla, the second highest motorable pass in the world and part of the Changthang plateau called More Plains. After spending some time at Tsokar, head to Karzok which is on the banks of Tsomoriri. Stay the night at Karzok.
