Lower Mustang trekking is one of the best classical lodge trekking in Mustang region. The gateway of Trans Himalayan of Mustang. Lower Mustang is full of Buddhist Monasteries and ancient remote villages. Multipath Temple is famous Hindu’s and Buddhist’s sacred Pilgrimage sites of this vicinity. Trekking in this vicinity is an inexpensive time frame and without ascending several passes. Most important of the element in this trek has neighborhood transportation facilities so you could make this trek within a few days. Spectacular view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri areas and hospitality of the people on this location also are the essential attraction of the Lower Mustang Trek.  A popular Mountain View point of Poonhill and natural hot spring is another fundamental appeal in Lower Mustang Treks

  • Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel (1350m)

    Our representative will pick up you from Tribhuvan International Airport transfer to hotel. As per your time frame, we will suggest your plan. Trip briefing and Meeting your guide. Night at Hotel

  • Day 2 : Drive to Pokhara. (6 Hours/ 910m)

    It is mountain highway driving of 6 hours. You also have the option to take private car of 25 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Transfer to Hotel and Overnight.

  • Day 3 : Drive from Pokhara to Nayaypul (2 Hrs) and Trek to Tikhedunga (1960m) Overnight at a tea house.

    After your breakfast in Hotel, drive with private car to Nayapool (1.3 Hours) start trekking from there and reach Ulleri. in between, you cross many local Nepali villages. Uller lies in 1960 miter altitude which is a nice village and can be seen Annapurna south (7219m) and Hiunchuli (6441m).

  • Day 4 : Trek Ulleri to Ghorepani (4 Hours / 2872m).

    At the starting, cross big village of Uller today. After crossing village, enter the deep forest with small bridges over deep small and clean river. Reach Ghorepani where all mountain range is around you. Ghorepani is big village with lots of small souvenir shop

  • Day 5 : Hike to Poonhill (3190m) early in the morning and Trek to Tatopani (6/7 Hours -820m)

    Early in the morning hike to Poonhill for best sunrise and panoramic mountain view of Dhaulagiri range, Annapurna range, Machhapuchhre, several mountain peaks. Back to Hotel for breakfast and trek to Tatopani. Evening bath and relax at Natural Hot Spring. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 6 : Trek Tatopani to Ghasa (6 Hours – 2010m) overnight at tea house.

    Start to walk deepest George of Kaligandaki River and gradually acceding to sub-tropical land. Longest water fall Rupchechhara and small typical villages are on the in trekking today. Old Buddhist monasteries are significantly standing in many places on the way.

  • Day 7 : Trek Ghasa to Tukuche (5/6 hours – 2590m) Overnight at tea house.

    Further walking bank of Kaligandaki River. On the way some famous Thakali villages like Lete, Larjung, and Kobang. Reach Tukuche village. Tukuche is the cultural central village of this region. You will Be Witnessing of Mountain View and Oldest Monasteries around this village.

  • Day 8 : Trek Tukuche to Kagbeni (6/7 Hours – 2800m)

    Overnight at Tea house Trekking route today is with strong wind but sunny. You will cross more typical village Marpha today a small airport in Jomsom of this area. Kagbeni is the historical village with lots of oldest Monasteries and Zhong. It is a gateway of Upper Mustang trekking as well.

  • Day 9 : Trek Kagbeni to Muktinath (5 Hours – 4800m) Overnight at tea house.

    Trekking path gradually acceding till Muktinath. It will be hard windy after 12 am even in sunny day. Land of this area is looking like Tibetan plateau. People’s culture and their languages are also similar with Tibet. Muktinath is the holy place of Hindu’s and Buddhist also foot of Thorongla Pass from Annapurna round.

  • Day 10 : Trek Muktinath to Jomsom. (5 Hours)

    Morning exploration of Muktinath temple by hiking uphill. Trek down to Jomsom. Jomsom is the main Bazaar of goods and the touristic area too. Every morning, flight land from Pokhara here. Overnight at Tea house.

  • Day 11 : Fly back to Pokhara and Sightseeing. Overnight at Hotel.

    Early in the morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara (15 Minutes). Tiny flight flies over mountain range within whole flight time. We visit main sites in Pokhara. David fall, International Mountain museum and Fewa lake boating. Day 12: Drive back to Kathmandu and Overnight at Hotel Drive with tourist bus to Kathmandu (6 Hours). You also have the option to drive with private car or take a flight. Transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu and Relax.

  • Day 12 : Day in Kathmandu.

    Sightseeing in Major attraction. Overnight at Hotel. After your breakfast, sightseeing in Kathmandu valley. Visit Pashupatinath, Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath and Kathmandu Durbar square with a tour guide and private car.

  • Day 13 : Final Departure

    You will drop to International Airport your tour ends at airport good bye Teshi Delekh.

Equipment’s

We believe equipments does matter to make your trip easy and comfortable. Caring excessive quantity of equipment doesn’t make your adventure more interesting but the drawback. So, we request you to carry only selected and needed one and save your extra expenses for other need in trek though we have our potential porters. Warm Clothes, Down Jacket, Trouser, T-shirt, Hiking Boot, Sunglass, Sun cream, Knife, Walking Steak, day back pack, Head Light, Sleeping Bag etc. These are the equipments which you most carry during the trek.

Clothing

Liner socks, Trekking shirts short sleeve, Thermal underwear, fleece sweaters lightweight, one heavier Easy drying long sleeved base layer shirts, woolen blends trekking socks, pair trekking pants with zip off bottoms

Acclimatization

Altitude sickness is a significant risk when trekking on any trails above about 2,500m. However good health, proper care and drinking plenty of water will definitely help you to prevent from altitude sickness. Every trekkers needs to be familiar with the heights so, for this we have life saving acclimatization days during the trek, peak climbing and expedition. We also provide certain medical support for your relief and emergency rescue through helicopter whenever guest require.
