Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m.) takes about 35 minutes. 
Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m.) takes approximately five hours. 
Day 05: A day for rest at Namche Bazaar (3440m.) for acclimatization.
Day 06: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3867m.) takes about five hours. 
Day07 Trek from Tyangboche to Cholungche takes approximately four hours. 
Day 08: Trek from Cholungche to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4572 m.). 
Day 09: Trek from Ama Dablam Base Camp (4572m) to Tyangboche. 
Day 10: Trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3440 m) takes about four and half hours. 
Day 11: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) it takes about six hours. 
Day 12: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu takes 35 minutes.
Day 13: Final Departure.

Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu and transferred to Hotel (1360m)

  • Welcome you and transfer to the hotel.
  • Hotel check out
  • Take a rest and relax
  • Stroll down the street to get familiar with the place.
  • Welcome dinner in the evening
  • Stay overnight in the hotel at Kathmandu.

Day 2: Full Day Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing

  • Early morning breakfast.
  • Half day world heritage cultural tour.
  • Visiting Pashupatinath, the most famous and revered Hindu shrine, Boudhanath, the largest Buddhist stupa, Soyambhunath, which contains both Buddhist and Hindu shrines and Royal Kathmandu Durbar Square.
  • A brief explanation of the further trek. (Afternoon trek briefing and trek gear distribution.)
  • Putting all the essential things in the bag. 
  • Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m.) takes about 35 minutes. Trek from Lukla to Phakding (2640 m.) takes approximately four hours.

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Around 35 minutes flight takes you to Lukla from Kathmandu.
  • Begin our trek from Lukla by following a gentle climb up the mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi River.
  •  Nupla (5885m) which can be seen in the distance on the opposite bank is a peak atop the Kongde Ridge. 
  • Descend a mountainside way that merges into your route to Everest, with views to a valley to your right; and at its far end, Kusum Kang (6367m.) 
  • Stay overnight at Phakding.

Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m.) takes approximately five hours.

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Trek through the Phakding to Namche Bazar (3440m).
  • Trek begins through a delightful pine forest, along Dudh Koshi River with various magnificent mountains ranges.
  • Crosses various suspension bridges. 
  • Trek uphill to the Monjo and Jorsole. 
  • Check post and visit Sagarmatha National Park.
  • Cross suspension bridge and proceed forward to the Tenzing-Hillary suspension bridge.
  • Enjoy an extraordinary view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, and Mt. Kusum Khangru. 
  • Ascent up to get first sight of Mt. Everest is peering over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge.
  • Hike about 1.5 hours to reach Namche Bazaar, a gateway to Mt. Everest. 
  • Enjoy the trek with the spectacular beauty of Namche Bazaar and the view of Himalayan peaks.
  • Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

Day 5: A day for rest at Namche Bazaar (3440m.) for acclimatization.

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Rest and relax at Namche Bazaar
  • Either spend the day taking a day hike to Thame or visiting Museum, Khumjung town and Khunde town or resting and exploring Namche Bazaar itself.
  • Enjoy the splendid views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawoche, and Kwangde and so on from the peak. (It is optional)
  • You can also hike up to Syangboche, where you can explore the Everest View Hotel and an outstanding view of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru. (It is optional)
  • Use all facilities that Namche Bazaar offers; ATM’s, Restaurant, bakery and colorful market, Internet cafes and government offices. 
  • Overnight at Namche Bazaar

Day 6: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3867m.) takes about five hours.

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Trek uphill trail to Tengboche, higher elevation for this trip.
  • Enjoy the magnificent view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, AmaDablam, Nuptse and closes up view of Thamserku, Khangtaiga. 
  • Walk through the Dudhkoshi River suspension bridge, pine and juniper forest bring you to Tengboche. 
  • Enjoy well-known Tengboche monastery with the foundation of AmaDablam, Nuptse, Mt. Everest, and many more peaks.
  • Overnight at Tengboche.

Day 7: Trek from Tyangboche to Cholungche takes approximately four hours.

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek along the way and see the deer, birds and other wildlife animals.
  • Enjoy and appreciate the beautiful rhododendron forest trekking along the river with the views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and other mountains. 
  • Stay overnight at Cholungche

Day 8: Trek from Cholungche to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4572 m.).

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek through the tiny yak herder settlements and over countless moraines as you circle around the base of Ama Dablam.
  •  Basecamp sits in a beautiful grassy area at 14,500 feet.
  •  Stay overnight at Ama Dablam Base Camp.

Day 9: Trek from Ama Dablam Base Camp (4572m) to Tyangboche.

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Explore the Ama Dablam Base Camp and return back to Tyangboche.
  • Trek through the forest of rhododendron and encounter various wildlife during the trail.
  • Overnight at Tyangboche.

Day 10: Trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3440 m) takes about four and half hours.

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek back to Namche Bazaar.
  • Walk mostly downhill on the main trail with a few steep climbs for an hour from the bridge at Phungitenga, near to Shanasha. 
  • Trek continue onwards to traditional villages of Khumjung and Khunde.
  • Encounter with people and their unique culture.
  • Visit the Khunde Hospital funded by Sir Edmund Hillary Trust. 
  • Make a pleasant walk and reach Namche.
  • Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

Day 11: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) it takes about six hours.

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek that leads from Namche Bazaar via Monjo to Lukla. 
  • Make a short uphill climb and then down to the Bhote- Koshi River cross it three times. 
  • Trek uphill climb around 45 minutes that will bring you to Lukla.
  • Stay overnight at Lukla

Day 12: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu takes 35 minutes.

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Around 35 minutes flight takes you to Kathmandu from Lukla.
  • As you reach to Kathmandu, you can rest and relax.
  • In the evening, you can do some souvenir shopping in Thamel Bazaar.
  • Stay overnight at the same hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 13: Final Departure
