It is one of the highest and quite tough climbing Peak. Before starting trekkers should take a climbing training course and learn various aspects of climbing skills and techniques such as; rope fixing, ascending and descending in the straightforward climb, glacier travel and many more. Climbing training will surely boost your confidence and ensure all necessary climbing skills to scale the summit successfully.
We begin Mera Peak Climbing with a scenic flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. We start official climb through the remote village of Chutanga by following a forest mixed with pristine Pine and rhododendron trees. During our climb, the Chatara La Pass also offers us the spectacular views of the Kongdi Ri, Numbur Himal, Karyolang peak and many other mountain peaks.
