Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu / welcome dinner/stay at a hotel in Thamel

  • Our representative will receive you at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
  • Hotel checkout and rest and relax in the hotel.
  • Pre-trek briefing and trek pack distribution.
  • Welcome dinner with our team.
  • Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Cultural Tour / Preparation for the trek

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Half day city tour with our guide, visit World Heritage sites; Syambhunath temple, Boudhanath stupa and Pashupatinath Hindu temple.
  • In the evening stroll Thamel bazaar for gear shopping.
  • Trek preparation.
  • Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2800m) and trek to Phakding (2850) to start the Everest 3 pass trek

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Take an early morning around 40 minutes flight to Lukla from Kathmandu.
  • Trek around 3 hours with the charming scenic surrounding to Phakding.
  • Follow the beautiful Dudhkoshi River valley and encounter some trekkers on the way.
  • Witness Zopkyos and Buddhist monuments along the trail.
  • Overnight at Phakding.

Day 4: Trek to Namche (3440m)

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek and enter into the Sagarmatha National Park.
  • Enjoy with spectacular high mountain views including the majestic Mt. Everest.
  • Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

Day 5: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Enjoy sight-seeing of Mt. Everest and all Himalayan ranges as well as wonderful sunrise and sunset.
  • Visit a local museum.
  • Trek around one and a half hour to have a wonderful Everest view and sunrise.
  • Return back and take some rest.
  •  Enjoy the beauty of Namche quaint village and lively markets,
  • Get unimaginable hospitality from the local people.
  • Get chances to see native’s flora and fauna as well as about the history of Mt. Everest.
  • Overnight at Namche Bazaar. 

Day 6: Trek to Lungden

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek through following Thame and other local settlements.
  • to Lungden takes about 4 hours in the direction of the  Nangpa La, the glaciated pass on Nepal Tibet border.

Day 7: Exploration day at Lungden

  • Morning breakfast.
  • You can rest and relax.
  • You can make the short hike to explore the beautiful surrounding Hills.
  • Enjoy panoramic views of mountain and valley below.
  • After exploration, return back to Lungden.
  • Be prepared for the next day trek.
  • Overnight at Lungden.

Day 8: Trek to Gokyo

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek along the edge of the Dudhkoshi river bank.
  • Encounter with native people and with their heavily influenced Buddhist culture.
  • Continue trek onwards Rinjo La pass for splendid views of mountains.
  • Enjoy incredible majestic Himalayas such as; Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Makalu the fourth highest of the world, many more gigantic Himalayan peaks and Cho- Oyu above 8000m in very close view.
  • Descend all the way to Gokyo at an elevation of 4800 meters.
  • Overnight at Gokyo.

Day 9: Exploration to Gokyo Ri

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek from Gokyo and trek steady ascent onwards to Gokyo Ri.
  • Around 4 hours trek provides you to enjoy with the great panoramic views of mountains.
  • Stroll around the Gokyo Ri and explore its surroundings.
  • Be prepared for next day trek.
  • Overnight at Gokyo Ri.

Day 10: Trek to Thangna

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Begins trekking by following the stunning glacier on the way to Thangna.
  • As you reach Thangna, you can stroll around the area.
  • You can explore the wilderness.
  • Overnight at Thangna.

Day 11: Trek to Zhongla via Chola pass

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek through the pleasing trail.
  • You will reach to Chola Pass and have splendid views of mountain and beautiful valley below.
  • Trek through the rocky trail with snow.
  • Further trek leads you to Zhongla.
  • Overnight at Zhongla.

Day 12: Trek to Lobuche (4930m)

  • Morning breakfast.
  • As you begin trek you can enjoy with the dramatic snow-capped peaks.
  • Continue trek through the traverse high pastureland and reach Lobuche.
  • Overnight at Lobuche

Day 13: Trek to Gorak Shep and explore Everest base camp (5545m)

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek through the Khumbu Glacier and pass the moraine on the way to Gorak Shep.
  • Take a lunch at Gorakshep and continue Legendary trek towards Everest Base Camp.
  • As you reach to Everest Base Camp, you can enjoy exploring around and view breathtaking mountain vista.
  • You will feel as you were at the top of the world.
  • Overnight at top of the Everest Base Camp.

Day 14: Climb Kalapathar and trek to Lobuche

  • Before breakfast.
  • Continue trek ascending forwards to Kalapathar.
  • He trekking trail may be challenging for you even though you will get rewarding views from the summit of Kalapathar.
  • Take a picture from the top of Kalapathar and enjoy magnificent views of mountains.
  • As you explore the Kalapathar and you will descend down and trek forwards to Lobuche.
  • Overnight at Lobuche.

Day 15: Trek to Chukung crossing the Kongmala

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek through the beautiful wilderness and follow the upper moraine.
  • Walk carefully to climb and cross the glacier and reach nearby the Nuptse wall.
  • Steady climb toward the Kongmala pass (5535 meters) the highest pass on our trip.
  • Continue trek upwards and then descend towards the glacier pong and reach to the Chukung village.
  • Overnight at Chukung.

Day 16: Climb the Chukung Ri and explore the valley

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek towards Chhukung Ri (5550 meters).
  • As you reach to Chukung Ri and explore the surrounding.
  • Enjoy the magnificent views of Mt. Nuptse, Lhotse, Makalu, Baruntse, Amadablam, Cholaste, Thamerku, Kantega, and Tawache peak is simply breathtaking.
  • Overnight at Chukung Ri.

Day 17: Trek down to Pangboche

  • Morning breakfast.
  • Continue trek back to Pangboche.
  • Descend the windy trail to Pangboche bypassing the beautiful village of Dingboche and the Imjatse valley. 
  • Explore the oldest monastery in Khumbu valley.
  • Overnight at Pangboche.

Day 18: Trek back to Namche

  • Early morning breakfast.
  • Your trek destination starts from the Pangboche through following Friche to Namche Bazaar.
  • Visit Tengboche Monastery with the magnificent views of snowy peaks.
  • Cross the forests of blue pine and beautiful red rhododendron.
  • Trek down to the bottom of riverside then continue towards Namche uphill to reach Namche Bazaar.
  • Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

Day 19: Trek back to Lukla to end the Everest 3 passes and 3 peaks trek

  • Morning breakfast
  • Trek back to Lukla from Namche Bazaar through the rocky terrain.
  • Trek downhill alongside the Dudh Koshi River.
  • Cross several beautiful suspension bridges
  • Explore the several monasteries and village and reach Lukla.
  • Enjoy the best Himalayan drinks and local wine with wonderful local foods.
  • Overnight in Lukla.

Day 20: Fly to Kathmandu after the Everest 3 passes and peaks trip

  • Morning breakfast
  • Take a morning flight to Kathmandu (around 35 minutes)
  • Enjoy splendid mountain views during the flight.
  • Take a rest and enjoy the images which were captured during the trek.
  • Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 21: Rest day in Kathmandu and farewell dinner

  • Early morning breakfast.
  • You can visit the world heritage sites of Kathmandu Valley.

  • You can do some souvenir shopping in the vibrant Thamel if you want.
