Trip Information

Nepal Travels Expedition Organize Student tour for a different part of Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. It’s important to have some time where they are being encouraged to develop their own interest to use their imagination. We arranged some activities such as outdoor, culture, wildlife, environment, sightseeing all of which form an educational trip suitable for anyone. We can organize this student trip through a school, university, sporting or church club. A trip that will be enjoyed by one and all.
During our trip, all the participants received an excellent opportunity to learn about all aspects of Nepali Culture, lifestyle, trekking, hiking, language, food, and people. This student trip gives an opportunity to a cultural effort and to exchange some knowledge of their own home culture and customs. During their stay participants will attend an hour of language lessons with an experienced language teacher and cultural trainer throughout each day and each participant is requested to keep a daily diary. Nepali culture is typically friendly and open. Participants are made to feel as though they are part of the family.
During our tour, you will be guided and travel by deluxe coach and hotel accommodation in city 3-star hotels and of a basic standard while in trekking.

  1. Day 1 Day 01: Arrive in the Kathmandu
    • As you arrive at the airport in Kathmandu.
    • Our representative welcomes you and drops to the hotel
    • Rest and relax.
    • Enjoy welcome dinner.
    • Overnight at the hotel.
  2. Day 2 Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding
    • Morning breakfast.
    • Prepared for the trek.
    • Know all the essential factors and places before going on the trek.
    • Take a flight from Kathmandu to the Lukla.
    • Around 35 to 40-minute flight provide to views memorable joined countryside and river valleys below.
    • Trek about ¾ hours to Phakding and reach to the settlement of the cultural Sherpa village.
    • Scenic walk through verities of stander Hotel, Resort, and Lodge.
    • Overnight at Phakding.
  3. Day 3 Phakding – Namche Bazaar (Elevation: 3446m)
    • Morning breakfast.
    • Trek through the magnificent forest of Rhododendron with unimaginable views of the riverside.
    •  Take around 5/6 hours from Phakding and end at Namche Bazaar.
    • Enjoy so many lovely serenity and scenery of blue pine forests, and some other beautiful hills during the trek.
    • Stay overnight in Namche Bazaar. (3440m).
  4. Day 4 Accommodation Day in Namche Bazaar
    • Morning breakfast.
    • Enjoy sight-seeing of Mt. Everest and all Himalayan ranges as well as wonderful sunrise and sunset.
    • Visit a local museum.
    • Trek around one and a half hour to have a wonderful Everest view and sunrise.
    • Return back and take some rest.
    •  Enjoy the beauty of Namche quaint village and lively markets,
    • Get unimaginable hospitality from the local people.
    • Get chances to see native’s flora and fauna as well as about the history of Mt. Everest.
    • Overnight at Namche Bazaar.
  5. Day 5 Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867m)
    • Morning breakfast.
    • Around three hours trek.
    • Trek continue passing well-known traditional places and it is famous for its Tibet Buddhist monasteries with Serpha religion and lots of monks as well.
    • Enjoy remarkable views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Cholatse, Kantaiga, Ama Dablam and Thamserku.
    • Explore Tibet Buddhist monasteries
    • Enjoy best worship and meditations in the Buddhist Monasteries.
    • Enjoy wonderful sunset views from the altitude of 3,900 meters.
    • Overnight at Tengboche.
  6. Day 6 Tengboche – Dingboche (4,481m)
    • Morning breakfast.
    • Trek with the outstanding views of the enormous Mountain and deep valley.
    • Explore the natural scenarios of the place.
    • Enjoy forest walk filled with verities of lush trees such as birch, conifers, and rhododendron.
    • Meet lots of yaks. 
    • Descend down to Devuche by crossing the Imja River.
    • Overnight at Dingboche.
  7. Day 7 Acclimatization Day in Dingboche.
    • Morning breakfast.
    • Rest at Dingboche, high peak and enjoy many stunning mountains view.
    • Around 2 to 3 hours you can hike to reach Dingboche peak or Chhukung Valley.
    • Enjoy with wonderful views of Himalayan ranges, special views for island peak and Ama Dablam Mountain.
    • Overnight in the Dingboche.
  8. Day 8 Dingboche- Lobuche (4930m)
    • Morning breakfast.
    • Trek offers the mountain views such as Cholatse, Lobuche and Pumari lie.
    • Lobuche is situated at the altitude of 4,930m.
    • Around 3 to 4 hours trek.
    • Overnight at Lobuche.
  9. Day 9 Lobuche – Gorkshep (5160m) - Base camp (5365m)
    • Morning breakfast.
    • Continue trek almost 2 hours to reach Gorkshep, at the altitude of 5,160m.
    • Enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Everest, Pumori, and other so many Himalayan ranges.
    • At Gorkshep, take lunch and continue trek Everest Base Camp.
    • Trek around 4 hours to reach Everest Base Camp.
    • Enjoy the spectacular views of the Khumbu Icefall from the world-renowned Mt. Everest Base Camp.
    • Overnight at Base Camp.
  10. Day 10 Gorakshep- Fraiche (4,283m)
    • Trek early in the morning around 4 is before having breakfast.
    • Ascend around 2 hours with a stunning view of Mt. Everest and Pumori to reach Kalapathar.
    • Enjoy the hilarious views of the Mt. Everest behind it.
    • See the phenomenal sunrise from the Kalapathar.
    • Trek back to Pheriche.
    • Stay overnight in the Pheriche.

     

  11. Day 11 Friche – Namche Bazaar
    • Early morning breakfast.
    • Your trek destination starts from the Friche to Namche Bazaar.
    • Cross the forests of blue pine and beautiful red rhododendron.
    • Reach to Namche Bazaar
    • Overnight at Namche Bazaar.
  12. Day 12 Namche Bazaar – Lukla
    • Morning breakfast
    • Trek back to Lukla from Namche Bazaar through the rocky terrain.
    • Trek downhill alongside the Dudh Koshi River.
    • Cross several beautiful suspension bridges
    • Explore the several monasteries and village and reach Lukla.
    • Enjoy the best Himalayan drinks and local wine with wonderful local foods.

  13. Day 13 Lukla – Kathmandu
    • Morning breakfast
    • Take a morning flight to Kathmandu (around 35 minutes)
    • Enjoy splendid mountain views during the flight.
    • Take a rest and enjoy the images which were captured during the trek.

The discount is subjected to increase with the number of people in your group. Bigger the group better the discount so group bookings are highly encouraged.

Donation and Charity!

Nepal Travel Expedition donates 10% of its annual revenue to Sherpa Outdoor Foundation Orphan Children Home Which is Located in Lalitpur one can visit while you are in Nepal after or before the trip.  We support Children's for Food, School, Clothes, Medicine also supporting stationery materials to Government School which is located at Lamjung district trying to build a library for them where they could find a different book to read. For this project, we are trying to collect donations.

One of the major activities of Sherpa outdoor Children home in Lalitpur is fully conducted and collaborate with Nepal Travel Expedition and sister concern organization Nepal wildlife safari. The Volunteering concern programmed delivered by Nepal Travel Expedition and Sherpa Outdoor Foundation aims to mobilize a team of experts and interested individuals as an economic measure in providing human capital for education, health, community to share teaching skill various Government school in a different part of the country and community to delivered humanity skills also in our children home.
